Before Dubai, Mr. Eight Development built its reputation in Europe: with over twenty years of experience and award-winning residential projects along the Baltic coast, such as River Residence-2 and Majori Residence in Jurmala (named the city’s best project and the region’s best energy-efficient project) and Ezera SOLO in Riga.
